When construction began on Trammell Crow Center, the buzz was instant. The first major renovation to the building in 32 years began in early 2017, with the intention of transforming TCC into an iconic mixed use destination with retail, living, and dining spaces.  Intended to change Downtown Dallas, and more specifically the Arts District, from a workplace destination to a top location for a “live, work, play” lifestyle, we can expect Trammell Crow Center’s growth to continue to spur the transformation of Dallas’ Arts District and the downtown corridor.
